The room as well decorated and pleasant vibe. The location is great and the staff very friendly.
The ac could not get cold enough and when exiting the buidling it was difficult to find the unlock for the gate. we just had to use the card reader on the other side of the gate to get the gate to open.

Good location, communication with the staff.

The space was just was we needed for one night in Milan. The unit stayed cool with the AirCon unit in the room. Appreciated the small amenities provided like the steamer, hairdryer, and slippers.
My only complaint was the bathroom stayed hot and ventilation was limited given the heat outdoors. The window wasn’t a great option. Perhaps this was largely dependent on weather that week.

Location good
Room is dated and worn. Bathroom basic and shower was blocked but no staff on site to resolve.

"Nawet nie dojechaliśmy do Mediolanu a już czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Wspaniały personel, pokoje czyste i przestronne, w wyposażeniu nie brakuje niczego. Lokalizacja jest idealna na zwiedzanie bez samo..."
