The hotel is in a natural environment. It is surrounded by beautiful views .
We booked half board. Breakfast was ok, nothing special , but you’d something you’d like. However dinner is a buffet dinner served in the hotel restaurant . We stayed there for 3 days and the food was the same for all the 3 days . I would like to recommend to the hotel to vary the food at the buffet and change the menu everyday during the stay of their guests.

It was beautiful. Peaceful and fun for our family. Staff were so kind and helpful despite the language barrier. The lantern ceremony was lovely. Breakfast and dinner and bar were well stocked and plentiful. The pajamas to wear were a fun touch. The property was lovely. The Yunessen was a fun experience.
The note for other guests: it is a little far from the city center. We knew that before we booked and were fine with that, it added to the peace and quiet of our stay. We arranged transportation and guides ahead of time since taxis can be hard to get to that area short notice.

Small spa area with a public onsen. Breakfast and dinner.
The rooms look dated, badly designed (impossible to move around the bed, horrific plastic-wall showers, no coffee machine). Not a 4+ star facility. Long wait checking in. Staff doesn’t speak English.
