Really silent room, we had enough space to feel comfortable. The shower was spacious with the rain showerhead available. We had a kettle, 4 instant coffee, 2 bags of tea in the room and a fridge in the room. The AC/heater was pretty easy to use and very effective. The complementary breakfast (included in the price) was a really nice addition to the hotel, it was just bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit juice and yogurt but it was practical and did more than enough! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is right next to the station on the Elizabeth line which gets you to the city center in around 40 minutes.

The pillows were pretty flat and hard

The hotel was booked last minute due to work commitments When you book you already pay directly via booking.com then hotel sends you an email to bring ID and also charge £40 deposit towards the room, I didn’t realise until I was told at the reception. I made the deposit and that money will be back into my bank account in the next 2 to 3 working days. There is no intercom The toilet was used before I got the room by someone else. As I saw poo marks in the toilet. Or else must be not clean. The room wasn’t vacuumed The bed wasn’t comfortable and I could hear the pressure from the tap or something go all night it had a funny sound that made hard to sleep especially I had meeting to attend this morning.
