Breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The village and it’s history was second to none.
As we have traveled a long way we have large suitcases and it was a bit hard getting them up the stairs. I’m sure if Etianne was there when we arrived he would have helped us. I understand he was unable to greet us as he had a prior appointment

The owner is very nice and great at communicating. One of the beds in the room was comfortable. It was very clean, with good local atmosphere. Loved the town.
The hotel was difficult to find! You have to pay to park far away and walk your luggage down steep hills. One bed in our room was very uncomfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is poor, especially in the shower area. There are many steep steps up to the rooms and to the eating area. There are also 2 steep steps from the bedroom into the bathroom. There were no water glasses provided in the room. The doors are difficult to open, including the front door. Also, the beautiful eating area shown online is outside and not used when it is chilly.
