This cottage is situated in Mullion, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Newly extended from a three bedroom, to a four bedroom property, as of March 2025. Pencoys is a cottage nestled in Mullion, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including two 4ft 6 doubles, 1 zip and link and a twin, along with two shower rooms and one cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen and a living with woodburning stove and a dining room in the converted annexe. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall.
Note: In the converted annexe, there is one step down into the space, and then one step up to the bedroom and shower room.

Perhaps mention the door in the kitchen that only locks from the owners side. Also the locked cupboard upstairs that you cannot access or how you can feel every spring in the mattresses provided or the lumpy pillows. Perhaps also the lack of a vegetable peeler or that the owner might charge you for extra cleaning with no proof. We vacuumed multiple times and had no issues with other stays and hotels during our trip. Stayed for 3 weeks and got one basket of firewood. Other places provide enough for your entire stay.
