Host is very proactive in assisting and very responsive to inquiries. House was very spacious for our family of six. Easy access to Granby Ranch. Stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies etc. Beautiful views out the living room. Lots of thoughtful detail through home and garage.

This house was excellent for our family. The 5 minute drive to the slopes of Granby Ranch was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a pitcher for my iced tea addiction) and the 2 washer/dryer sets were wonderful.

We had a wonderful time staying 4 nights at this home! The views are amazing and the kitchen is well stocked as described with all essentials making cooking dinner in-house for 3 nights very convenient. An ample supply of necessities was provided (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee etc.), which was much appreciated! The owner was very responsive to questions. We have always enjoyed this location as it is easy access to many activities.

Had a great stay - plenty of room for a large family. The table shuffleboard and Big Buck game was a big hit - created lots of good times with the whole family. Good location for exploring all that Grand County has to offer. Erich was super responsive to any questions or needs. Would stay here again.
