House was perfect for our family of four. Outdoor backyard area was great. We played volleyball with the net and ball provided. Showed kids how to play tetherball. Fire pit was great for a night of watching the beautiful night sky and making smores. The house was cozy. Didn’t have a measuring cup, mixer, or bowl for making pancakes, but we made it work. I would have given it five stars except that the walk to the river was steep. It’s a workout coming backup with all the supplies. But the river access is beautiful and the spot was great. The location to Garner State Park is perfect. There is also a snow-cone and ice cream place just down the road. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

It was a great cabin with a comfy bed and good a/c. It wasn’t quite as close to the river as we hoped but it was accessible. The part of the river it’s on is more muddy on the banks so not really where we’d want to stay put. We mostly did floats so it didn’t matter to us. The check in was a little tricky because we were told we could a bit early but then when we got to the office no one was there and we couldn’t reach anyone for a little while. But not a big deal. Overall a great time!

All good except that the water system was not working. Took two days to fix.

Small cabin, but sleeps a lot of people. Clean and organized. Owners are very responsive. The river is nearby. The yard with the party lights and the patio and the Adirondack chairs are all great places to hang out.
