Had a really nice beach view and you are right on the beach.

I traveled with my two teenage daughters for a week and we had a wonderful time. We love that the complex was smaller and steps to the beach. Communication was great and we had zero issues during our stay. If I had any suggestion at all it would be adding non stick pans in the kitchen as they were tough to get clean after using.

The property was overall good. It is very close to the beach, so you don't have to walk or carry stuff and kids too far. The kitchen is well stocked. If you like cooking, you'll have the essentials for a variety of foods. The only thing that was a little on the negative side was the bedroom bedsheets. They were stained so we threw them into the washer before getting into bed the first night. Luckily, we were able to get them cleaned off. You'll also notice a humid smell as soon as you walk in, but it'll go away once you get the AC working on the cooler side. Aside from that, the rental is everything you would expect from a rental of this type. Would recommend.

Pros: Access to everything. It was nice to be next to the beach and pool without having to deal with elevator rides or anything with toddlers. AC was really cold. Communication was great. Good location to go do things. Cons: appeared to be black mold in the vents, some grout was gone between the tiles that my child tripped on, linens on pull out couch and under couch was dirty (I messaged and they fixed immediately) and some dirty dishes in the cabinet, VERY noisy, and the toilet ran 24/7. Bedroom bed was firm. Definitely would look into hiring a different housekeeper and fixing the toilet. Could benefit from some renovations. Overall was decent.
