This place was amazing. It was very clean with extra tows. It is right on the beach with beach views from the living room. And a porch you can sit on and watch the waves. While there we actually saw a Turtle come onto the beach to lay eggs, We saw a few crabs and found many shells. We did have a small hiccup with the AC that stopped working afterhours. This is not the owner's fault. These things just happen sometimes. But we sent a text and within 45 min a tech was there to fix the issue. So, they will do everything they can to resolve any issue that you have as quick as possible. All in all, I give this place 5 Stars. And we are already planning to book it again next year. Big Thumbs up. The family said it was the best vacation they ever had

More description about the beach furniture available should be provided. It included beach towels and I was not aware til we got there. No beach umbrella was available. Utensils were minimal

The location was PERFECT! The whole resort was spotless! The decor in the condo was absolutely beautiful and so serene. We would 100% stay here again! If I had to list any things the owner could “improve” on would be to add a Keurig for coffee instead of the old drip type. And the master bedroom was in desperate need of a new king mattress. There was an egg crate foam mattress topper over the old one that bunched up under us and when we took off sheets to fix it discovered an old mattress with blue flowers on it that we haven’t seen except 20 years ago. Also make sure to bring some laundry detergent and extra things like toilet paper, dishwasher pods, paper towels etc. All the appliances worked well but in such a beautiful and updated condo would have expected some newer models. But again, we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location and would recommend it!!!

Great location, right on the beach with plenty of beach chairs. Close to many great restaurants (La Creperie for breakfast has the best crepes and omelettes you’ll ever eat) and Anna Maria Oyster Bar has delicious seafood with great views. We would definitely recommend this unit and the La Costa complex.
