Great villa for a family holiday. Facilities were amazing, we used the pool and tennis court non stop for the week. One small issue with one of the bathrooms which has been relayed to the owner

Where do I start with this amazing villa! My family and I, 12 of us, spent 2 weeks here to celebrate my 60th birthday and had the most wonderful time. The villa is huge and brilliantly equipped. It was super clean, the agent met us on arrival and explained everything. We had my grandson with us, he's not 2 yet and the ground floor is so well planned and so safe, he had the best time just running around this huge area. The pool and jacuzzi is fab, we paid to have it heated, the best decision, it was like a warm bath, the kids spent so much time in the pool. The tennis court is great fun, as are the other recetional areas. We were so lucky as the weather was perfect, if a little too hot at times, so we spent all our time outside. The terrace was perfect for dining, we had caterers cook us dinner on my 60th and eating on the terrace was just lovely. Our whole family had the best time at this villa, it's set in the hills with great views including super sunsets, we had hired cars and I'd say that's essential but we also used Uber a lot to dine out in lovely Olhao and Tavira. Moncarapacho is also great for dining, O Antonio & Apitit are great and Clamey bakery is super, also Spot coffee close to villa not to be missed. The island beaches in this area are stunning, we'd all been to the Algarve before but not this area, it was a revelation, we all want to come back and stay in this villa again!! The agent was very responsive and helpful, it's a lovely place and I'd highly recommend.

We had very easy communications with our host from the first booking onward. He always expressed willingness to accommodate any of our requests or requirements. On arrival we were met and introduced to all aspects of the property and were able to stay in contact with the manager should any questions arise. We were very happy inside the home - with comfortable and spacious accommodation for all 10 of us. And we especially enjoyed all the outdoor facilities and games.

House looks very nice but needs a lot of attention. Terrible beds, to hard to sleep, tennisrackets broken, pool table not complete. One bedroom in cellar is in fact storage room, no daylight. Smelly bedroom downstairs. Overall sure not 5 stars.
