Each room having a king bed (except bunk room with queen beds) and 4.5 baths was extremely comfortable for our group.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We invited our children and grandchildren to stay with us in Lake Stay Jubilee. The house was really nice, clean and comfortable. This was our first trip to Carlton Landing. We found that there is plenty to do to keep a very diverse age group busy. We also found that people there were super friendly! All-in-all, I believe that we made a good memory.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time! We had three families staying and it was perfect size for all of us! When you have that many people, having 4.5 bathrooms helps tremendously! Everything was so clean. Probably our favorite part was sitting outside in the screened in porch! This house was so close to the pool, that it worked out great for us as people could come and go! This was our first time to Carlton Landing and all around we had a great trip and cannot wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing that bothered me was All the construction and lawn care noise. It was constant! When you. Go somewhere to get up, have your coffee, etc. and have to listen to ll that noise...why go! Also, there were no lights at the pool. Why have pools open till 11:00 if there are no lights! Many people came down for night swim and left. Also, the back yard of our rental could have had more amenities.
