Lovely historic home with updates while still maintaining the historic charm.

In town to visit our son and experience the rodeo. Location was convenient to our son, downtown and walkable to the rodeo venue or to the shuttle bus if used. Air conditioner worked well, a concern my husband had. Only downside is you can hear the street noise well into the night.

We enjoyed coming from a house under the flight path to an international airport to the quiet skies of Ogden.

The couch is older than what is pictured on vrbo. The couch sinks in when you sit on it, and it's covered with a cheesy blanket. When we wanted to do laundry, we had a hard time figuring it out. I had to google what DE1 meant. I emailed the host, but never heard back. The bed was comfortable. The stove top worked great. Refrigerator is big. Water pressure in shower was great. Even though it's a duplex, the only noise we would hear would be a door closing on other part of house. The cottage was quiet and relaxing. The outside patio wasn't much of anything, just a table and chairs full of bird droppings.
