Great Property and excellent location. The days I stayed were extremely Hot and Humid over 100 degrees. The Central Air at the house was extremely efficient and had no issues handling the extreme temperatures, Both upstairs and on the main level.

Excellent locationConvenient to shopping, beach, etc.Easy/convenient check-inFull kitchen facilities

Overall my friends and I enjoyed the stay at the house. The bedrooms were very comfortable, with the rooms being spacious and not too hot/cold. The kitchen had everything that you might ask for, with the stove itself being particularly nice. The one complaint/issue was regarding the garage/garage door. After the second or so day, the garage door was unable to be closed and needed a handyman to take a look at it. This was not a massive issue as it was stuck open, but it did make it a bit difficult to complete all the tasks at checkout. Overall the house was gorgeous and I definitely recommend staying here.

We got to the house around 6 pm to a house that had no air conditioning on. The thermostat on the first floor said it was 90 degrees. We guessed the upstairs was around 110 degrees. By midnight it registered 84 degrees on the first floor. We ended up making arrangements to sleep in the first floor with a mattress on the floor. We had as many fans as we could in the home. Which makes me wonder how often this happens in this home. The other thing that was shown in the property for use was the upstairs on suite shower. It is shown in the listing and now there is a note saying it can’t be used. This should be stated in the listing. Also the outdoor shower water needs to be turned on before use inside laundry room. The problem is it is high on the wall above the washer. All I wanted to do was go to the Beach for a few days. We never made plans for a full vacation this year because I have been going through breast cancer treatment. This was not a good way to experience a relaxing vacation. It took nearly a full day to get ahold of the property manager. After leaving a message and textingI finally got a response. The positive part is we were refunded 200 for the first day.
