We loved the location and the condo! It was clean and well equipped with a great view. The only issue was using the television. Like most rentals trying to figure out how to use the multiple remotes to find local channels and then getting to the subscription channels is very complicated. Step by step instructions would be very helpful especially for older people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is spacious and has a big balcony with a beautiful view. The decor isn't beachy -- if you care about such things -- but it is comfortable. We were there in January, and it was peaceful and quiet with plenty of parking. The building amenities are modest -- the fitness room has one treadmill, one elliptical, and one bike -- and though it mentioned an indoor pool, there was only an indoor/outdoor unheated one. There are several restaurants and a Walmart within a 15-minute walk. The management company was responsive. We'd recommend it and would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here and this is where I used to stay years ago in another named motel since torn down. We had a great time here but I left a couple of items, my pillow and a beach towel.

The view is beautiful but the bed in the master room is STINKY. No laundry detergent. One of the toilet cannot flush. Even though they said they allow 2 parking lots, we only received one pass. They picked up our phone calls and said they would gave us the 2nd one on the 1st day or tomorrow but we had not seen it, so we had to check the car every time to make sure it will not be towed.
