We were in town for my daughter’s competition at Eastern Michigan University. The location was great: about 18 min walk or 4-5 min drive. Apartment was as described, stocked with all essentials. Communication with the host was almost instantaneous. The place was a great value stay.

I would highly recommend this listing. The host was AMAZING and extremely helpful with all of our needs as we had some issues with scheduling that fell on our side but he did everything he could to make it work for us and we had an wonderful time. The area was perfect in downtown and the place was clean and quite! Perfect for my sleeping 4 year old. We will 100% be back!

The host was AMAZING. He was extremely communicative and we had some mishaps on our side as my son got really sick so we had to reschedule the trip 4 different times and he worked with us EVERY time and made it as smooth as he could. I would highly recommend this rental! The location was PERFECT and the rental was clean, quite, and family friendly. We were very happy to have found this and will likely use it again when we visit the area as we have family in Ypislanti!

Great property care and cleanliness. Economically disadvantaged neighborhood.
