The house is so cute and comfortable! We only had a family of four but it would easily accommodate two families. The walk to the public beach access point is just a short bike ride away, as well as Seaside and Watercolor.

Great spot for us mom and girls. Lots of outside seating to spread out and relax.

We had two families, 11 persons total, in our group. The house is not very large, but it accommodated us just fine due to the open concept floor plan. Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy, and bathrooms were clean. Pools are close by and the walk to the beach was super easy. Only con: Outside patio areas are pretty small and cramped and no yard to speak of.
