Exactly what we wanted and was great for the whole family. The community was so clean and peaceful. The best was just a short walk to the beach. We all had a relaxing week.

We enjoy this location (stayed a few doors down last year) and the home was very nice. The only disappointment was that the fire pit was not hooked up. Overall, a great week in OBX at a great house!

Great location and short walk to the beach. We had an awesome vacation and already talking about going back. 5/5 would definitely recommend this property!!

Wonderful neighborhood with very good beach proximity. The grounds were beautiful and the hot tub is great. Some dislikes about outside were that the propane tanks were low/empty, making grilling tough. And the grill grates were rusty. Inside of the home was fairly clean aside from webs in the corners of ceilings. The pots and pans were scratched up, bowing and rusted. The rest of the appliances/amenities in the kitchen are great. The view is wonderful from the top floor for sure. The pool area is gross and unsafe. There were constantly globs of hair in the pool each day we were there. The tiles on the stairs are broken and caused my 6 year old daughter to suffer a terrible cut on her leg that required staples. Overall the stay was a good one, probably wouldn’t stay there again though.
