The town of Playa de Arinaga is a quiet, non-touristy town located 8 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Maspalomas, and 6 minutes from the Atlántico Shopping Center and Pozo Izquierdo. It has supermarkets, banks, restaurants, a taxi stand, bus stops, cafes, a gas station, shops, a library, a health center, sports facilities, and more.
It has everything you need, and it’s all very close by, so you can walk everywhere.🚶🏽‍♀️


The apartment consists of 1 BEDROOM WITH OCEAN VIEWS (wardrobe with mirrors), a double bed with storage (high-quality memory foam mattress and 4 pillows of two types; memory foam and regular, so you can choose whichever is most comfortable for you), a bathroom (shower with a screen, washing machine, large mirror), a kitchen (1.80 m refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave), a living room with ocean views (TV, sofa bed for 2 people, closet, extendable table, and wooden chairs), and a balcony

The materials are high-quality (security door, soundproof windows, Italian ceramic tile, Roca bathroom fixtures and faucets, etc.) and the appliances are top brands 🔝

Thanks to the foldable GLASS CURTAINS, the living room and balcony are fully integrated, offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean 🌊

There’s a very special touch in the apartment: a HAWAIIAN HAMMOCK. It will undoubtedly make every day even more special. What a treat! 🌞

For those who love good COFFEE ☕, the kitchen is equipped with an Italian espresso machine and a Nespresso machine, so you can make it just the way you like it, along with cups of different sizes (black coffee, long coffee, with milk, etc.). If you’re in the mood for some FRESH JUICE, I’ve provided an electric orange juicer and a juice extractor for your use. There are also special glasses and cups for juice. In the Canary Islands, there’s a wide variety of tropical fruits (prickly pear, papaya, pineapple, persimmon, etc.) 🍍🍌🍑🍉, so you can create different combinations with amazing flavors.

And of course, if you enjoy fine wines and DRINKS in general, there are all kinds of glasses and cups: for wine, cava, cognac, beer, shot glasses, wine glasses, etc.🥂🍸🍷🍺, as well as a champagne bucket and an ice bucket. Have you tried the famous Arehucas rum that’s made right here?

Additionally, the apartment is cleaned almost exclusively with ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS ♻️.
