I never spoke with the host I did message him and no response, But I went thru a agency and SHE was awesome!!! The house we really enjoyed. A little older than we thought but the best thing was how close it was to beach. We had a great time. Pool was used a lot and loved it Great place to be

The view and beach accessibility was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen was a plus with an ice machine. The only thing that was an inconvenience was the dryer took several cycles to dry towels. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

The house was very nice but the location and views were amazing! Easy in and out of the beach each day was perfect for our family. The house also had some great beach toys, chairs, and floats to use. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great short walk to the beach but the house itself needs updating. The tile floor in the kitchen is cracked and pieces of tile are missing posing a potential for injury. The mattresses need to be replaced and the bunk beds need reinforcing as they squeak with a simple turning of a body. The boardwalk to the beach has nails protruding and poses a danger.
