Very convenient for being in falls church, walkable and easy check in and stay. Appreciate Terri making things easy for us!

My husband and I loved this place! It’s a great location and felt like home. Teresa was a wonderful host and we had everything we could have needed. She provided great restaurant recommendations and ensured we experienced the best of Falls Church.

We had to make a quick trip to DC and found this property and it met all of the needs we had for the trip. The home is located in a beautiful residential area, this is a basement level floor in the home. The unit was in perfect condition and excellently clean. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and fully fenced. This property was so incredibly peaceful and quiet. It made for a wonderfully restful experience. Very tranquil and you felt right at home. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. We would definitely try to stay here again on all future trips to the area. I met the owner and had a great conversation, she was extremely pleasant and friendly to talk with.

Spacious and comfortable basement apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. All of the listed amenities were available!
