Great place, would definitely stay again

This home was ideal for a surprise 40th birthday ski weekend with a large group of family and kids. We really enjoyed our stay, the house is just minutes from Hunter Mountain, and Emmett was a responsive host with great communication. Theres plenty of space (it feels a lot more spacious than the pictures appear), with thoughtful separation throughout the house so we never felt on top of each other. We loved the big common areas and the quality furniture: the U-shaped couch, kitchen island, and huge dining table made it easy to gather comfortably. The dishware and furnishings were brand name and high quality, which really elevated the overall experience. The outdoor space was awesome. The fenced yard gave the kids a safe place to play, and the fireplace and hot tub were perfect for gathering and relaxing. We experienced some spotty Wi-Fi in certain areas of the house, though it worked well in the central parts. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this home.

Emmett and Dan were such amazing, communicative hosts. The Lodge was exactly what we pictured, maybe even better, and the location and amenities were unbeatable! Cant recommend enough!

The Lodge was amazing - there were only 11 of us but it would have fit many more! The decor and the bedding and the hot tub and surrounds were so lovely, and the house was stocked with many essentials. We did have some water problems which were out of control of the property owner and were handled very well and the communication from staff marquis was top notch. Thanks to them for sorting it out and making our remaining days great.
