Unfortunately the cleaning lady didn't finish to clean the house . So we had to do the laundry, clean the bathroom, mop the floor Etc... it was not a really good start but the house was nice though. Kids have fun in a swimming pool and I enjoyed the recliner seats. Two master bedroom which was perfect for us. We were visiting Universal studio, with the traffic on the i-4, 45 minutes away from the house.

We enjoyed an outstanding stay at the property, thanks to our exceptional host. The location features a peaceful and calming neighborhood environment. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and shopping centers within a five to ten minute radius. The residence was sufficiently spacious to accommodate my family, including adult children and their families, in comfort. The hot tub and pool were particularly enjoyable amenities. The home was meticulously clean and exuded a warm, welcoming ambiance. We anticipate returning to the same location for future stays. Thank you for providing exceptional hospitality to our family.

We arrived to the smart lock not working, contacted the host who was quick to respond. Worked through the issue which came down to dead batteries which I was able to change on my own with no issues. The house was clean, pool was clean and a great place to relax after the summer heat of Florida. Hot tub was amazing, just takes some time to warm up so if you are wanting it hot when you get in just let it run for like 5 minutes. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils for you to be able to enjoy a meal at the house. Washer and dryer worked as its supposed to. All in all it was a nice place to relax and enjoy your vacation away from home.

Property was clean. Pool very nice. Property manager always responded quickly.
