A modern minimalistic villa just 30 meters from the ocean.
The neighborhood is quiet and calm. You most often hear the sea, but aside from that it is a very quiet place. Most often the year you have the beach for yourself here and it goes on for miles in the eastern direction.
It is a modern villa that have everything you need. The house has a great panorama view of the sea. There is a hot tub in the garden.
Free parking for 2-3 cars outside.

It is close to the center of Trelleborg and close to the Harbour. Smygehamn, Ystad and Österlen is a shorter drive.

This house is SO nice and the location right at the Baltic Ocean cannot be beat. The house is well equipped, very spacious and super bright.
I’ve rented many homes through VRBO over the years and this owner and host is hands down the best one I’ve ever interacted with. Super communicative and helpful, if needed.
I sure hope we can be back in this house next summer.

Beautiful house in a quiet, serene location. My family stayed for a week and while the weather was a bit stormy the house was perfect. Very cozy and comfortable.
