The gentleman at the reception desk was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was also nice and abundant. Beds were average comfortable.
Our room was clean but we could hear our neighbour’s window banging all night long. We also heard the engine of the elevator at all times :(

We got upgraded to a bigger room when checking in. It was a very spacious room, received two complimentary water bottles, great sized bath, good beds, very clean. The gentleman manning the reception, and running the breakfast, was great, social and knowledgeable about the Diest area. Great service.
The hallway where our room was located didn’t have a working light, this did make us struggle a bit with finding the keyhole occasionally.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, convenient walkable area, comfortable beds and cozy room.

The room was quiet and comfortable
The building was tired and needs renovation. The electrical socket down the side of the bed had no cover on it.
