Located right in the new part of the Hafenspitze Quarter, the lovingly furnished "Silbermöwe II" vacation apartment has been open since spring 2018.
Feel right at home in this modern, nautical-themed, and high-quality furnished vacation apartment; enjoy its proximity to the beach and the Old Town and city center—just a few minutes’ walk away—with their numerous restaurants and shopping options. An ideal base for leisurely exploring the city, the beach, and the harbor.
Your vacation apartment, located in the heart of the Hafenspitze district, is easily accessible by car thanks to its private parking space in the building’s underground garage, which is equipped with an elevator to the residential floors.

Here’s what you’ll find:
The vacation apartment, measuring just under 80 square meters, is located on the mezzanine level (1.70 meters above the sidewalk), is stylishly furnished, and is very bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The living-dining area is pleasantly spacious and features a high-quality sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 160x200 m). The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers amenities that leave nothing to be desired. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room. In the cozy bedroom, you’ll sleep on a very high-quality box-spring bed. The balcony, overlooking the lush inner courtyard, invites you to linger. An oasis of tranquility! A wonderful retreat even during events! Step outside the door and you’ll find yourself right in the heart of the bustling harbor promenade.

The “Silbermöwe II” is located in the “Hafenallee 2” building, which, together with other buildings, forms the “Quartier Hafenspitze.”
