-The accommodation was clean and had all the facilities we needed.
-The customer service team was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions.
-The location is close to the train station. Although it is a little way from York city centre, it is still easy to reach on foot.
-I loved that they included restaurant recommendations in the guest guide. It was such a thoughtful touch and extremely useful during our stay.
The only small improvement I would suggest is providing some basic kitchen essentials, such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper, which would make self-catering even more convenient.

Good location close to station and southern end of city, 24 hour checkin. Ground/basement level flat had spacious living room area, and useable kitchen. Good shower
Ground/basement flat is next to a social club, and on Fri night lots of smokers/people making noise outside until late, which wasn't ideal. Fancy fan system in cupboard in hallway made noise through much if the night, also not good if you are a lite sleeper. Bedroom had no lamps, just the ceiling lighting which didn't dim very far. Lots of tea/coffee etc provided, but something like 1 normal sachet and 16 decafs was just odd. We had our own, but coffee needs caffeine for most!

We were literally next door to where the gig was that we were going to.
There was an alarm going off in the main hallway regarding the fire alarm. It was annoying as we were passing through and slightly unnerving.

Was nice if your having a short stay or if you are a couple.
Was hard with kids as a lot of stuff breakable / knives in place we didn’t know. Lots of stains everywhere. Ironing board falling apart. Couldn’t use sofa bed. Didn’t have a part to fill the hole?
