I loved the location, loved the cosy little place and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! We have a 1 year old baby and it was comfortable. Only about a 20 min walk to Kyoto central station and a 15 minute walk to Nishiki market area.

Convenient location at a walking distance from Kyoto station and well served with bus routes
A bit noisy and extra mattresses (upstairs) could be improved

bien situé et bien équipé
la chambre dans la cuisine et à côté des toilettes, le lavabo de la salle de bain dans la cuisine ; c’est mieux si vous n’êtes pas trop nombreux

Beds were pretty comfortable. Facilities were clean and in good shape. Great instructions on how to use all the appliances and clear house rules.
The space is narrow and irregular, but you can work around it for a short stay.
