They were welcoming and willing to help
The way breakfast is served is a let down. If they can make it a buffet that could help then having to send the waitress up and down

The main family room we stayed in was great. Spacious (room and kitchen/living area). Microwave, fridge and tv. Bath and shower. Really comfortable bed. Simple but comfortable.

The inconvenience of having to boil the kettle on the floor because the cable wasn’t long enough to reach the plug. The room was tidy but needs improvement, carpets need a deep clean, furniture in the room is quite old and needs an upgrade.
