House was very clean, beach was just a couple minutes walk from house. We traveled with small kids, teenagers and adults. We all really enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels. We would recommend this place highly and we would definitely stay here again. Check-in was super easy also.

So positives first, house was absolutely amazing pictures couldn’t do it justice. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax we had 9 in our party. Location was excellent there was a public access 2 min walking distance awayHost left welcoming bag that was a pleasant surprise.Now my only negative was that there was major construction next door and across the street that blocked access to the house from time to time. Noise made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the days. If I was aware of construction prior I wouldn’t have minded as much beside that my family had wonderful Christmas vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of Nine really enjoyed this property. It is so close to the beach, but far enough from the crowds near Pier Park. It was an easy drive to everything. The pool was great and there were extra toys left for the kids to play. Definitely bring extra paper products and any spices you might use. The suite over the garage was perfect and has everything you may need. The chair service was perfect for watching the sunset each evening. We would stay on this property in the future.
