Clean room, nice house

Lovely situation. The family enjoyed the garden and the area. We had issues with keys and the power points in certain rooms. Also some if the showers were not consistent with hot water. However, the host was quick to respond when we contacted her regarding any problems.

This villa was just as described and made the Italian part of our European vacation absolutely amazing! The bedrooms were perfect and was perfect for our big family. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed breakfast and end of evening on the rooftop patio every day. Alessandra was very responsive and communicated perfectly. There were only 2 things that were less than perfect. 1. When checking in, it was pouring down rain and we were asked to wait outside until all of our passports were checked.2. When taking a shower, the water would alternate between scalding hot and freezing cold every time even though no one else was showering. We even waited between showers for others to to take one but still had the same issue. I would still recommend this villa for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay while in Italy!

The property would probably be better in the summer time, but was very cold in the winter. The internet was very poor.
