The walls/baseboards need to be repainted. The baseboards in the upper bathroom have severe water damage. There is a gap in the shower door that spills water out onto the floor when showering. There were also ants (in this bathroom only). The furniture needs to be replaced. The couch is worn/stained in areas as well as the barstools. The unit needs blackout shades. There's too much glare on the television in the great room when the sun is up that you can barely see the television.The bed in the upstairs bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep on it. The bed in the master is very comfortable though.The unit needs a new microwave. It did not heat consistently leaving portions of food piping hot and other parts very cold.The flooring needs to be replaced. It was scratched up and coming apart in places.

Great location! Steps from the beach, dining, shopping. Clean, comfy, nicely appointed. We had a fab visit.

Area is very congested. Neighbors are too close and so privacy is difficult unless you keep the blinds closed all day.The sofa and sofa pillows were filthy. One of the remote blinds did not work… we waited 10 days for a “replacement battery.” The management team was very responsive, however.
