The property was as described. We all liked the house! I liked the master on the main. We lived on the screened porch!! Very clean! Be prepared for the 4 minute walk to beach. It is over a boardwalk and across the sand. Recommend getting a cart. Also the state park is down the road and there’s an easy access beach area there! We stayed at the pool a lot. It was a very close walk from the house. We were very pleased and would consider booking this again in the future.

Not the prettiest section of sand/water on the cape but that is reflected in the price. The wifi in the house is not good, it cuts out every few minutes which is problematic if you need to work during your trip or if kids are watching a movie. We had a minor issue with water one night and I had trouble getting ahold of anyone at the office (still business hours but towards the end of the day) and no one would answer the emergency line. The problem resolved itself but still frustrating at the lack of assistance from the management company. Overall a great house that can sleep a bunch of people and is a little more budget friendly than some other locations!
