Awesome place to stay. We love being close to cades cove but on the quiet side of things. The house is beautiful well stocked. They leave us hot tub towels to use even. We loved setting out on the porch and eating. The grandchildren loved being there they played used the stream and the hot tub and even got to pick some blueberries

House was in a very convenient location being in Townsend and close to the entrance of the park. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need, including charging stations for your phone and electronics. The hot tub looked very new and was very clean. Bed were all very comfortable. The path down to the water was a longer walk than we anticipated and the seating down by the water was not ideal, but I assume that is due to flooding concerns. We wished we had a view of the water from the home.

We are a repeat renter of The Riverhouse. It’s an excellent location central to Townsend, always extremely clean and the communication from the property manager is prompt and professional. The river access is a short walk from the house. We always enjoy our time here and can’t wait to book another trip.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed, even had the roasting sticks for smores at the firepit:) A very quite, peacful, and relaxing place. Enjoyed it immensely! River was very nice with firepit and chairs. Going down to river can be a little steep for some. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, it was so nice! Loved sitting on the porch, watching the birds and enjoying the quite! So relaxing!
