Gulf Place is one of the most reasonably priced places on 30a, with convenient access to private beaches and pools and within walking distance of some good restaurants. This condo was clean with very easy check in/check out instructions. It has easy access to everything! Excellent weather and excellent vacation spot!

We love this location! This was our first stay at this unit. It was very clean and worked great for us! We would definitely stay here again. Loved the updated pickleball courts and newly resurfaced tennis court!! Just a quick note for visitors - bring beach towels. Unit has tons of bathroom towels and washer/dryer works great but need to bring beach towels.
