Coolest Downtown Neighborhood - Ebikes, Beach Gear, Kayaks, Pickleball

Stephanie really went above and beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable but fun with extra amenities! We really had the best time. It was so fun using the kayaks and being so close to everything. The binder filled with restaurant suggestions was awesome. Key Lido beach is SO nice… The only issue was the washer/dryer didn’t really work very well - it was a little confusing to operate and didn’t dry clothes fully - but it was no big deal because our stay was only 3-4 days. All in all we would definitely stay again! Thanks for making our anniversary trip so great!

Stephanie is a great host. The coach house is very clean and comfortable and all of the extras available to us made the trip so good - like beach chairs, umbrellas, e-bikes. It’s a great location with Main Street walkable and fantastic beaches by car.

Great communication. Walking distance too many restaurants and attractions in Downtown Sarasota. Quiet neighbor and lovely accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The amenities provided were outstanding, the location was great and the property was beautiful. Our host was very hospitable and responsive. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops downtown. The beach was a short drive away as were many of the other attractions we visited.We highly recommend the carriage house!
