I’ve stayed in nicer. Ac broke but they fixed promptly. A little dirty and could have been maintained a little better.

Enjoyed our stay! Condo is nicely furnished and of course the Gulf view is outstanding! Enjoy the Edgewater Resort have stayed several years, first time in this unit. Would definitely use again. Property manager was quick to respond and very friendly. Had a smoke detector chirping and they handled it efficiently. Great trip!

We waited an hour before finally getting ahold of the front desk to get in the condo. I was told the code would be sent to me when the room was cleaned. We were then told that I hadn't paid, which wasn't true. A mess later we got it. This is exactly what I expect from a company owned rental. The toilets hardly flush, the washer leaked everywhere when we tried to use it, and it generally needed a touch up. It worked for what we needed but I will make sure to rent from a personally owned condo next time.

There was a large hole in the wall on the balcony and one of the large screens was off the rails. Also, the sheets do not fit the master bed. The fitted sheet kept popping off the bed corners and the flat sheet and comforter barely covered the bed top, did not wrap over the sides.
