It was nice but the exit to get to the beach is way to far.We had an 80 yr that can walk but not that far.That is something that I will look at before renting again.

The condo was perfect, very clean, updated, great location. Our only complaint would be the sheets on the master bed need to be more of a deep pocket sheet but not a big deal. We definitely plan to stay again. Highly recommend!!

Southern Vacations Rentals was really good to communicate with on this rental. We were really pleased with everything. The only problem was the key code would not work for us when we arrived. We paid extra for early check-in, however after a phone call to them, they gave us a new key code and we were able to enter the condo about 20 minutes after arrival. This was the first time we dealt with Southern Vacation Rentals, but we would definitely work with them again. They were very responsive to our phone calls.

The condo was less then adequately stocked. 1 paper towel role for the kitchen and one tp role per bathroom with no extras. No extra blankets, sheets or towels, no information regarding the resort and amenities within. Towel bars were not well attached to the walls , 2 of them had fallen down. The kitchen layout was thrown together at best. Some Cabinet doors wouldn't open without getting the the oven or refrigerator doors out of the way. The laundry room door wouldn't close because the handle on the inside would hit the washing machine. You could barely see what was in the pantry because it was so close to the refrigerator that you could barely get the doors open. No salt and pepper or other simple condiments. No beach accessories like beach towels or chairs . Seemed more like a hotel rather then a condo
