This beautiful property was perfect for our family to gather and celebrate a Cornell Law School convocation. Sitting on the dock or one of the decks for morning coffee was the best way to start each day.

We loved the location and the story/age of the home makes a person feel warm & happy! SO MUCH TO LOVE about this property but the last thing anyone wants to see while on vacation is large amounts black & pink slimy mold in the shower. Sinks need scrubbed etc.... Kitchen windows look up a beautiful hillside but are so dirty it was hard to see out. Simply put lack of maintenance & repairs inside dropped our rating lower. If this home was cleaned properly we would have easily it a 5 out of 5!
