Another great trip to the Cozy River Cottage! This is our 3rd year and it didn’t disappoint! Fishing, rock hunting, some shopping and hanging out with great friends in a beautiful setting were on the agenda and this trip checked all the boxes!! The communication with the host prior to the trip was easy with quick responses. The house has everything you need! Thank you for another great year!

It was very clean and roomy, even for being a little on the smaller size overall. Beds were comfortable, everything was working, clean and in order. We didn't go at the prettiest time of year but it was still a really nice property - even better in the summer I am sure. Would highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage still being fairly new was mostly clean and well kept. The setting was beautiful among trees by the river. We enjoyed the fire pit and the surrounding chairs. Loved the design and layout of the cottage and the generous offerings of the host. My only wish would be to have some window coverings in the main area of the house for nighttime.

First impression of house and property was amazing! You will not be disappointed in this choice. Home was well supplied. You may want to bring a few more kitchen towels if you plan on washing several dishes. We enjoyed the peaceful river and walks through the wooded area and Brown Bridge road.
