The house, which was completely renovated in 2020, features designer furnishings that the owners have carefully selected over the years.

The house is accessed through a spacious 400-square-meter garden on two levels, featuring areas equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas so you can enjoy every moment of the day—especially the sunset over the sea with a view of the island of Ischia.

The house, just a short walk from the center of Anacapri, is not isolated and is accessible by car or motorcycle; it also features a covered parking space on the property.

The living room opens onto a terrace of over 80 square meters furnished with a dining table, lounge chairs, and sofas from which to admire—surrounded by greenery—the view of the sea, the island of Ischia, and the center of Anacapri. The terrace is equipped with a designer automatic shade sail for the hottest hours of the day.

In the library, you’ll find novels and books about Capri in English, French, and Italian to inspire you during your stay. The home’s lighting, featuring colored LED lights, creates a charming atmosphere.

The master bedroom features a small, flower-filled terrace and a canopy bed.

From the house, you can reach the Migliara viewpoint in just a few minutes, and by following a pleasant walking trail, you’ll arrive at Axel Munthe’s house in 15 minutes, passing through fields, country homes, and small restaurants.

You’ll be welcomed by a lady who will help you, if you wish, to organize your stay, including possible island tours by gozzo to visit the most famous and beautiful caves and take a dip in the azure waters of the Capri Sea. Alternatively, for a swim, you can head to the Blue Grotto or the Lighthouse, where the ritual of an aperitif at sunset is celebrated every evening.

Just a short walk from the house is the bus terminal, where buses run at scheduled times to take you to Capri, Marina Grande, Marina Piccola, the Blue Grotto, and the Lighthouse.
