The sea right outside your door, the wind in your face

The Baltic Sea beach is only about 100 m away. You can enjoy the promenade with a leisurely stroll or a brisk bike ride. The center of the popular resort town of Timmendorfer Strand is just a short distance away.

Accommodations

The Studio Copenhagen vacation apartment, with its striking and distinctive look, is superbly equipped and located on the 2nd floor, which is easily accessible by elevator. The studio apartment is cleverly laid out: from the cozy couch area, you have direct access to the furnished balcony, which faces southeast. Of course, the large window front can be fully darkened, as the comfortable double bed (1.60 meters wide) is positioned in the center of the room. The small but well-equipped kitchen is separated by a room divider and has everything you could want. The adjacent dining table for two can be set in no time. The built-in closets in the hallway offer plenty of storage space, and the modern en suite bathroom—featuring a large, comfortable shower, a towel dryer, and a toilet—rounds out this stylish vacation apartment. The washing machine and dryer in the communal basement can be used for a fee.

Entertainment

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The Bluetooth radio, free Wi-Fi, and wireless charger for conveniently charging your smartphone are also part of the entertainment package.

Design & Style

The 38 m² apartment is tastefully furnished in a simple Nordic-Scandinavian style. The well-thought-out and airy design creates a unique atmosphere.

Parking & Bicycles

The apartment does not have a reserved parking space. In this quiet residential neighborhood, you’ll usually find a parking spot on one of the side streets or at the nearby public parking lot on Wiesenweg (fees apply). You can store your bicycles in the building’s bicycle storage room.
