Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd fall break at the Summit, where our family and friends gather for annual farewell to summer. We love the location-the proximity to the beach, the pools, the bar, Bikini Bobs. You really don’t have to leave and some days we don’t. This was our second year in 1504. There were some improvements made-ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms, new couches, new light fixture, new sliding door to the terrace. The kitchen and baths are tired but are functional. (I’d also love to see some upgrades in the linens) We’ll be back-while a little worn by a long summer of rental guests, the value is certainly there ( esp if u avoid all the VRBO/ airbnb fees by renting directly ) and the kids love it

Overall the condo was as listed and our stay was great! The floors could have been a little cleaner, and the garbage disposal did not work, but other than that everything was good. This condo did have 2 fridges and a washer and dryer which we were super grateful for.
