The house was well equipped with kitchen and BBQ utensils, amenities, etc.We stayed in the Grover Beach areas for many times, and this house was one of our favorites. The floor plan was well designed with 3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 bathrooms and one master upstairs. One minor issue is when the downstair bathroom fans are on, we could hear the fan noise from the master bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay at this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Home was updated and modern. Very clean and was greatly furnished in the kitchen. Our family had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely consider staying there again

This was a great house & the host was very responsive to my questions & texts. The house was clean & orderly & we were pleasantly surprised to find some beach items to use during our stay.
