10/10 would highly recommend. The Host was exceptionally communicative and anticipated needs ahead of time. They didn't wait to hear of issues- they proactively reached out to confirm there were no issues. All responses were quick, which provided a feeling that 24/7 support was there if needed. The property was beautiful and close enough to everything that we were able to reasonably ride-share everywhere and sufficiently enjoy what Nashville has to offer. All-in-all, this was a great experience.

We thought it looked like it was represented on the website and the location was good (although a little difficult to find the first day). There were adequate supplies in the kitchen but nowhere to store food we purchased. The bedding was nice but general cleanliness of the property was not the best. Kitchen counter was not wiped down and there is quite a bit of dust on the baseboards. Dishwasher rack needs repair. Throw rugs are not secured and dangerous.
