Family really enjoyed this quiet cottage in the farm area of Seabrook. While nothing is very far away, the proximity to pickleball courts was especially nice. My two boys spent hours there each day. The walkability of this community is awesome. So easy to get lost (in a good way!) with all the paths and trails. My only knock on the cottage itself was the lack of screens on the windows, and no area to sit and eat. These cottages are probably the smallest homes available in Seabrook and the layout doesn’t really leave room for a kitchen table of any sort. We managed though, and still had a very relaxing week.

This place was amazing. Super clean and all the amenities were in great shape and very useful. A lot of time and effort was put into this place to make it as comfortable and useable for people needed a much deserved rest and relaxing vacation. Thank you so much!

We loved this little cottage! It was perfect for our family of 4, plus dog.

Seabrook is a small community where you can tell everyone knows each other. The streets are tight for driving and lots of littles running around. The cabin is in the very back of the community next to the horse stables with a beautiful back deck and fresh flower gardens. The neighbors were very friendly. It was a little hard getting up and down the ladder but my 7 year old did great with it. Bathroom had a wonderful double shower head and nice shower enclosure. Overall the stay was nice and cozy.
