Villa La Valencia Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We liked everything except for service at some of the restaurants and from concierge and from other servers. The concierge tried to sell and lied expressly to sell at any cost. Some of the servers truly needed training as they did not know anything about guests who pay for day passes.

Since it’s a newer resort, the property was clean and nicely maintained. Lazy river was a hit with the kids and the food was very good. They did not have a swim up bar so that was bit of a bummer. Biggest negative was that the kids club was not included in the all inclusive package. This is our 7th time at Cabo and we’ve been to many resorts and this was a first for us. Because of this, we aren’t sure if we’ll be back but other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing stay for my brothers 30th birthday! Great food, service and the hotel was incredibly clean. We enjoyed the pool and beach area. The only area of opportunity would be nightly entertainment. After 10pm, hotel pretty much shut down. There was nowhere to get a drink or do anything. You had to go out into town for any entertainment.

The food was good considering all-inclusive. I appreciated the healthy options. The gym had everything I needed to have a great daily workout. Isaac and Alessandro down at the pool were excellent. People do go down to the pool super early and hog the seating, which is typical of entitled Americans. It would be nice if the staff could prevent that. All-in-all a great value for the money.
