The staff was friendly.
The rates are fair.
It was pretty noisy. We woke up evey night by some noises in the hall.
The room itself was located in the middle of the building, without windows that give a view and air from outside.

the welcome was good ,the ant malaria was excellent and the wifi was stable. Easy to find and close to CBD where my business was taking place.
the over delayed breakfast so much I had to leave before enjoy . It was also cold and without salt or other spices to make it complete. Lucked hot water or bed time hot drink expected in most places. Birthwater never got hot either!

Nice location in a quiet area
Could use a deep cleaning. My room had a window that opened into the reception area…if the hotel were busier, it would have been horrible. Bathrooms could use some attention.
