This is a historical building that is beautiful. The grounds are well kept up and sitting on the porch is a must while you are there. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts were friendly and informative.
I can honestly say there is no part of our stay that I don’t like.

Stayed at Downen House Bed and Breakfast last night. Found a little Nirvana in the ‘blo! Who would have thunk it.
This B&B is meticulously cared for. Clean as a whistle. Everything is thoughtfully curated and intentional, throughout. My bed was like sleeping on a cloud. High threadcount linens. High quality mattress. Ever so comfortable. Loved every moment.
DEFINITELY going to stay again.
Tammy and Scott are outstanding hosts. They could not have been more accommodating.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Tammy’s company, divine.
Zero complaints.
