There is tile flooring and high, voluminous ceilings throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and quartz countertops with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and a french door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer and water/ ice dispenser in the door. Property Manager manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
