A fabulous location a few kilometres from Saumur centre, with woodland and a tropical feel to the public areas. I had a room, not a chalet, but it was very comfortable. The large heated and covered swimming pool with downtempo jazz playing was a great way to unwind. Very friendly hosts.
There are so many marked walking and cycling routes in the area, and as with much of France these days, dedicated walking and cycling lanes are everywhere, especially towns and cities.
Nothing really.

Charming little chalets with everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and just a short walk to the Cadre Noir.
The beds were a bit firm for our senior bodies.
